Use this address for product help, billing questions, privacy requests, and account deletion.
Response expectations
- We aim to reply within 1–2 business days (India business hours, IST).
- Billing and account-access issues are prioritised over general product questions.
- Urgent payment failures: include your Razorpay payment ID and account email in the subject line.
Billing & refunds
- Checkout amounts are shown in INR for our India launch.
- If a charge succeeded but kit access did not activate, email us with the payment ID — we will restore access or refund per Terms.
- Refund requests for unused Pass/Monthly access are reviewed case by case within 7 days of purchase.
What to include
- The email on your ApplyGrid account.
- A short description of the issue or request.
- For bugs: browser, approximate time (with timezone), and what you expected vs what happened.
Service status
If the product is unreachable, check /api/health and email us if it stays unhealthy. We do not yet publish a separate status page.
